Project Love
Project Love is a fundraising event held through a non-profit organization called “Living Our Real Dreams”.
Project Love is a bike ride across America from September 2012 until November 2012 to raise money for children that have lost their parent’s or have been critically injured in the recent conflicts.
The monies raised will go to an established military scholarship fund - the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
We need your help to turn this vision, and the values expressed in Erik's will and determination, into action.
Tragedy to Triumph
My story is one that has tragedy, doubt, despair, courage, belief, humility, and triumph.
My name is Erik Gholson Williams and I am a young man with two beautiful daughters that was critically injured in a car accident in 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Currently I am in training to bicycle from Ground Zero New York City cross country to Los Angeles California in 2012. The beautiful thing about this journey is that I will be using a hand propelled bicycle.

Volunteer Opportunities
As you can imagine, a dream like this takes the support of many people, each contributing according to their spirit.
We will ride approximately 50 miles per day, give or take a few miles. We will complete a daily trip and mileage log which will include traveling from and to, total miles for the day and cumulative miles.
We need riders, support persons for the trip and the film as well as technical people to assist us with social media and web site updates.
Check back soon for a complete listing of volunteer opportunities.
