We will ride approximately 50 miles per day, give or take a few miles. We will complete a daily trip and mileage log which will include traveling from and to, total miles for the day and cumulative miles.

Training:
- 6-9 months of focused training; four to six days a week
- Complete one ride of at least 300 miles before 9/11/2011

- Gold’s Gym
- Diet is essential for endurance and strength training for at least 6 months before
- We will host 3 extra riders; however any one whom wants to join us is welcome and can ride as long as they want.
- Spas or massages parlors
- Aspiring chef/ nutritionists for a portion of the trip if not all ;( they will receive salary and/or media coverage and nationwide recognition.
