Project Director - Dawn Williams
- Drives projects that oversee all aspects of large-scale application implementations that address real business needs as identified in the respective business cases.
- Participates in cross-project planning to resolve conflicts in project priorities, resourcing, schedule and scope.
- Develops and monitors project financial, resource requirements, and risk profiles, monitors governance adherence, and support comprehensive reporting.
- Evaluates existing project management practices and recommend improvements to project and program management practices.
- Liaise with management at all levels of the business, managing their expectations for project delivery, escalating project issues, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership as appropriate.
- Ensures that projects are well planned and organized, including business case development, impact assessment, charter, communication plans, and integrated project schedules.
- Leads planning, coordination and execution of projects with a technology bias, with a clear focus on risk management and cross-functional stakeholder communication in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

Assistant Project Director
- Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems, referring them to Project manager.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.

Web Presence (maintenance)
- Manage the build out and support of our e-commerce platforms along with ensuring proper site integration with fulfillment centers, call centers, and other systems.
- Manages web site planning and provides guidance on hardware/software needed as well as other required resources.
- Creates programs to increase web site traffic, including Adwords, banner, and skyscraper buys, and partnerships with other businesses.
- Implementing leading edge technologies in to web sites to increase product awareness, create web communities, and generate product sales.
- Develops and designs page layouts (including site concept), content formatting HTML files, and designs graphics.
- Develops the web interfaces on highly complex projects. This includes page layout, creation of graphic elements, creating hyperlinks, and HTML scripting.
- Work with SEM & development vendors to ensure that our sites are maximizing our investments in SEM and working with our business partners, as well as sharing best practices & knowledge across business segments.
- Track and report statistics of all website activity and promotional campaigns
- Research and present recommendations for new web-based technologies and applications.
- Manage the complete end to end business system, including back office systems, call center solutions and interfacing with our financial System Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
